Sheryl has extensive hands-on experience in leading HR initiatives such as policy development and implementation, performance management, conflict resolution, employee development and engagement.
Throughout her career she has gained deep understanding and experience with provincial and federal employment standards, human rights, diversity and inclusion, privacy legislation, contract law and accepted HR practices.
